Partnership will highlight innovative fishing products
“AFTCO is a family-run business and the IFA is one big family,” said IFA Tournament Director Keith Green. “They are committed to making the best products possible and dedicated to protecting fishing resources and angler rights. We welcome them to the IFA family and look forward to a long partnership.”
AFTCO began in 1958 and is a 3rd generation family owned company dedicated to making the best quality fishing equipment and apparel while promoting conservation. The driving principle behind AFTCO’s growth has always been a passion for conservation. AFTCO donates 10% of their sales to directly support conservation initiatives across the country and looks forward to bringing those initiatives to the NWT.
“The IFA Tours host some of the best inshore anglers in the country and we are excited to showcase our company and products at this season’s events,” said AFTCO President Casey Shedd. “The IFA folks who run these tournaments are dedicated professionals who share our passion for fishing, conservation and enjoying the great outdoors.”
Continuing to draw inshore anglers from Texas to the Carolinas, both IFA Tours include five different divisions, each with a two-event regular season. With budget-friendly entry fees, both tours offer opportunities to compete close to home while keeping anglers’ expenses to a minimum.
In addition to nearly 200 percent payback, every regular-season IFA Redfish Tour event guarantees a fully rigged RB190 Ranger boat prize package powered by a Mercury outboard valued at $26,800 for first place. Each IFA Kayak Fishing Tour event will feature a $1,000 cash prize for the winning angler.
